"Shared patio was always dirty. Bird poop. Empty wine and beer bottles. Our room overlooked patio. We stayed on the 4th floor near the exit door to the restaurant and bar. We could hear the door open and close through out the early morning and evening. Don't stay on the 4th floor. If you do, stay at the other end. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the hotel was close to everything."

"This hotel is in a great location, really central to the main attractions of the city. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable with a good range of toiletries and a fridge. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate."

"This is a great hotel. The room was spacious and the beds are crazy comfortable. Staff at the front desk is friendly. The hotel is well situated with lots of dining options, and minutes away from the pier. Only problem is the room cleaning. We arrived to the room and only half a roll of toilet paper was left. We ask a cleaning person who was on our floor if we could have an extra and she said no. We were there for three nights. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues. When you call the front desk, it can ring for minutes without an answer. So I had to grab what we needed from a cleaning cart ourselves. Very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber."

"The place was comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent, especially Aksha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and efficient in handling our requests. The breakfast was also good and plentiful. One thing worth mentioning is that the laundry room, particularly the washing machine area, could use better lighting and some improvements."
