"The staff was receptive and helpful. However the hotel could use renovation rather than just updating furniture. "

"Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it. "

"Clean but in disrepair. Multiple issues in our room that were major inconveniences (e.g., the window wouldn't shut all the way and it was below freezing out, the pull-out couch was broken, so one of our kids didn't have a bed to sleep in). The front desk staff said they would have maintenance come by, but they never did. "

"Room was clean, chek-in was quick and easy, staff was polite."

"It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "

"Our front desk person was awesome at check in. Lobby was clean and inviting. Room was spacious and clean. And i do mean CLEAN. The shower and bath products were higher quality and gentle. Big shower with awesome water pressure. "
