"Very helpful staff before and during our stay. Close to the Duomo and easily accessible to food and shops. Nice rooftop bar- definitely make a reservation. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel is in a very convenient location. Property is charming and very well kept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The only complaint that was quickly resolved had to do with heating. According to the staff the city had not allowed to turn on heat to certain rooms in the hotel. A space heater was promptly provided and the issue was resolved. We were in room 445 and on certain nights the noise from the street was very loud late into the night. Due to the historic aspect of the property, the windows are not soundproofed. Otherwise, everything else was great!"
