I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon.
This information should have been communicated to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and consider this poor customer service.

The elevator (which was a requirement that first brought to the site) is available only by paging the front desk to bring it up to the room floor. The room was not made up after the first day.
