No A/C, and sinks are outside the small bathrooms. It was a decent place to stay. We would again as long as the day temps don't go over 70's.

Most places do not include this information but after we checked in we found out there is no elevator. We had a room on the third floor and one member of the party has physical restrictions making this more challenging for her. The room was clean, but it is clear it is an older hotel with older furnishings and beds on the softer side. The office staff were civil, but not particularly welcoming or friendly. It was an okay stay, but not one to rave about.

Good location (quiet) and the motel appears to be making an effort at improvements (great shower for instance) but the window was so old you could not see out of it, the window screen was broken and there were a lot of pesky little flies in our room. Plus no elevator and we were on the third floor. There is a small beach you can access in front of the hotel.

I cannot go up stairs. They put us on the third floor. We had to haul all of our luggage up two flights of stairs because there is no elevator. That made it uncomfortable and scary for me.
