"The room was very clean and amenities were okay. Hot tub drain got stuck and couldn't be drained. I called the staff and it was very late for anyone to come out and help, but I was disappointed that it got stuck in the first place. Two lamps were in the room, both of which were not working. One lamp's socket was flawed, so once we switched the socket, it worked. The bedside one was too close to the wall for us to check what the issue was. But the button didn't work. Overall I wish the property manager and housekeeping checks everything in rooms before giving the room out to people. The view from the room was no doubt, breathtaking!"

"There were very noisy people next to my room playing extraordinarily loud music from 2 am to 6 am. Very very loud. And many people in that room having a party. Room 172 was the room. And I guess they don’t have 24 hour service at the front desk or security to deal with that nonsense. Horrible."

"I am giving this hotel a 5 Star rating because they contacted me by both email and phone to inform me that they had found my iPad that I had not realized that I left behind. They then made it very easy to work out the arrangements to return it to me via UPS. Of course there will be a cost - but it was my error.... I really appreciate the honest and helpful staff! Otherwise, this is a very adequate basic clean and comfortable hotel with thin walls. Bring earplugs in case there is loud snoring in the next room."
