"WE DID NOT STAY!! The room was filthy! Mold on the ceiling, mattress, and some unknown sticky substance on the bathroom floor. It smelled of sweaty moldy clothes. Got a different room in New Orleans."

"The room smelled like mold and everything in there felt damp. I expected more for the rate I paid. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good and I could tell the housekeepers were doing the best they could with what they had but I was very disappointed. I expected more for the rate I paid."

"Kind staff nice hotel. Handicap shower sprayer water was only lukewarm but regular head was hot water The fire/smoke alarm has a horrible strobe light going on all night in the bedroom. It kept me up. Not a goodnight sleep. Side door for my handicap sister to get closest to elevator would not work with my key (staff opened it for her). I had to walk all the way around a few times. Also No paper towels and very lightly set up.. very light on utensils etc This property does not appear to be very well maintained.. it’s a fairly new property.. you just can see the signs of not actively keeping up. I love Homewood and stay at these properties all over the country. I hope this one step up their game. It’s super convenient"

"No airport shuttle. The hotel changed me from a king to 2 double beds. First room was filthy! Breakfast consisted of cereal and waffles. No protien."

"Very little amenities. Linen towels and just overall furniture needs attention. Had trouble in check in about rooms available. Then received one that had no been cleaned smelled like urine and cigarettes. Honestly would never stay here again. "
