"Where to begin the beds were hard uncomfortable the outlet next to the bed only one of the plug in the outlet would work and also the room had popcorn ceiling and you could see the seems in the ceiling where the sheetrock came together and the hallway had a stitch"

"We got rashes in hands and feet after sleeping in their beds and using their towels. Breakfast was not fit for human consumption, the scrambled eggs were watery flowing and not a sight to behold. Staff was rude and we had to stand in line for 4 hours, followed up continuously to get the room cleaned. ..."
