"Towels were never available when me and my family needed them we kept being told housekeeping would bring them to us after they have been washed every single day we traveled 8 hrs and couldn’t never shower at the exact time we wanted. Also the hotel didn’t have face towels at all so we had to buy our own which is ridiculous never had to do this at any other hotel ever in my entire life. Also the power went out and smone alarm went off and no explanation was given for either one. The breakfast was alright but not top tier. Also the room kept getting really even while having the air conditioning on and set at a cold temperature it wouldn’t remain cold all day or all day making it very uncomfortable. I would personally never use a Comfort Inn ever again no matter the location it’s a huge no and red flag for me! I guess it’s true though you get what you pay for!"

"Our first time in South Padre Island, the beach was steps away from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing plenty of seating and food. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, great for a family."

"No thrills, basic room, not in great shape but clean. The place could use a lot cosmetic repairs and updates but everything worked. Excellent location, great parking, and direct access to the beach! Overall, if you’re looking for a low cost place with friendly staff, clean rooms, and beautiful views, this is your place!"
