"Room was great. Service and food at the bar not so much. Waited an hour for bar food. $16 fish and chips turned out to be 4 fish sticks and fries that should have been a $5.00 kids menu item."

I would have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach a different room. No elevator no staff to help!! No explanation period!!"
