Quite basic but spacious for a 1-bed apartment. We were staying on Monday and quite a few places to eat closed early or weren’t open. Port Campbell is very convenient for Great Ocean Road!

Convenient location that close the twevlve Apostles, clean rooms. Issues found during the stay - Ensuite bathtub was not working. - Could not find any laundry detergent provided for use. - Hot water was not stable enough for two people to shower at the same time.

We had a fantastic stay! The double-storey villa was perfect for our family, giving the kids their own space upstairs while the adults could relax downstairs—which everyone loved. The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only improvement we'd suggest is adding an oven, which would make the accommodation even more convenient for longer stays.

For a 1 night stay, it suited our purpose. Room was basic but clean with enough provisions. The couple next door came after hours and we're unable to contact reception due to a lack of phone signal. Perhaps a fixed landline at reception would help this?

Great location. Very clean. Read the fine print. No parking with our particular room. Wifi constantly dropping out also meant tv wifi no go also. Ok not to have but don’t advertise it’s available when so poor. Very limited kitchenette. Obviously more for O/N then longer stay. Free washing machine available was great.

I enjoyed my stay at Sea Foam Villas, though it was short. The patio is nice. It's got acces to the sidewalk and on the other side of the road is the lovely beach. There's not much traffic so it's pretty quiet. The bed and sofa is very comfy. I'd stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Sea Foam Villas are in a perfect location across from the bay in Pt Campbell. They are well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again whilst travelling the Great Ocean Road.
