Good enough. The place need trees manicured and the parking is a little tight for a large vehicle. Needs flyscreen doors or a bug zapper. Bugs everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little old but are clean.

Helpful friendly staff and our 2 rooms were recently renovated although furniture was a bit tired. Had a nice view but balconies old.Overall the property needed a major external renovation and the garden an overhaul. Overpriced for standard of property compared to others we stayed at during our 4 day road trip.

Although the room was quite outdated, it was clean and had everything we needed. The motel is situated on the Great Ocean Rd, close to town and had an incredible view of the ocean!
