"This is a new development in a quiet residential area. We stayed in a good sized 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher. The TV needed a card and only had French channels. Plenty of storage space throughout. Black-out blinds in bedrooms came in useful when getting the children to bed. "Generally a nice stay in a lovely area. Unfortunately, the resort feels a little tired, and under-maintained. Pool area was nice (if chilly), well located, mostly helpful staff (although when we asked for certain things to be fixed, they were not done in a hurry). Language was a slight barrier, but most of the staff tried their best. Batz-sur-Mer and surrounding area is really lovely. "Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval.
