"Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and always get an excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had for years. Poole is a great base to explore Dorset and Hampshire.The only downside of the hotel is that as the car park is run by a separate company you have to pay for parking which at £10 per day can mount up"

"Staff friendly and helpful, location good for the many bars and restaurants on Poole Quayside. Room was adequate, not enough sockets in convenient places for kettle etc. Heating took a bit of fathoming out (had to contact reception). Shower not good."

"From peeling wallpaper to worn out fabrics and cheap pillows … the bathroom was new though … breakfast times were 9:00 to 9:30 😵‍💫 race on for that one … But staff helpful and great location…. But the whole place needs an uplift "
