"Fantastic room. Beautiful view. Exceptionally clean room. Delicious Nespresso coffee maker (sadly not enough pods, but reception kindly responded). Excellent bathroom. Super cosy bed, wished we had same at home!! Lovely member of staff, Thelma (think thats her name?) So welcoming, friendly and delightful! Our very 1st visit to HH, won't be the last!! Thank you for a magical stay!"

"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. Small desk to work at (if required). Nice touch of being able to get fresh milk for tea and coffee in lobby just before going into room, as well as bottled water. There is 1 car park space for each of the 4 rooms, car park is free. The breakfast (included in my price) was brilliant and hot (I went for the cooked breakfast). I also ate here on the evening I arrived (had the chilli & rice) and the food arrived to my table quickly, and it was tasty. Possibly the best place I have stayed this year (2025)!"

"This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal. However, the friendliness of the staff makes up for this. I’d definitely stay again. "
