Staff was always available to help out with any needs we might have had, just a few steps across the street. Signage on the hotel always made it easy to find after a long day of walking Venice and exploring!"

"The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!"
