We had such an amazing time! A BIG thank you to all the staff — so friendly, so polite. The location is perfect, and the restaurant and breakfast were rich and tasty. An unforgettable holiday! We highly recommend this vacation to anyone wanting a high-quality holiday. Pools were clean , souna , steamroom. You cant expect more , our kids were so so happy.

Tucked away in a quiet spot overlooking the ocean, this is a great place to unwind and a good base for seeing the sights of the western side of Sao Miguel. Great food options and the outdoor area with infinity pool set among the trees is really beautiful.

Lovely place walkable to the centre of town and the botanical gardens. Very peaceful with lovely views overlooking the garden and mini pool.

The hotel is amongst the best we've stayed in. The room is comfortable with great views over the gardens. The food is good, but what makes the hotel outstanding is the service from the staff. They are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The hotel has a unique thermal pool with a constant 35-40oC temperature. The hotel provide robes and towels to use at the pool, which is just as well as the iron rich water stains everything...

Villa had all you could want, ingenious design . Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help in any way - good tourist info , and the restaurant was excellent. Trying very hard to make this new venture a success- they deserve it! Location great for the long sandy beach and wave watching.

I spent a short off-season break at the Marina Atlantico Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and furbished to a high standard. It provided a perfect base to explore Sao Miguel.

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay at Pedras do Mar resort. Great facilities and some really nice staff. Beautiful location and only 15 mins by car to Ponta Delgada. If you want to be able to walk around a town and choose from bars/restaurants every evening this is not the resort for you, although having said that, a taxi is only 15 euros in to Ponta Delgada where there is plenty to choose from. Staff were really helpful. When we were allocated a different room to the one we booked they changed it immediately. It was also my 60 birthday while I was there. My husband arranged a meal for me . They went all out to make it special for me and also made me a lovely cake. The location is wonderful with stunning views. An excellent hotel can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel made the holiday, with views of 180 degrees from the terrace overlooking Ponta Delgado and surrounding areas. Margarida, Stacey and all the staff were always helpful and couldn't do enough for the guests, nothing was too much trouble, from arranging car hire to ordering taxi for airport transfer for early morning flight. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of fruits, meats and drinks.

Quaint hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. They opened breakfast a little early for me to allow me to check out early.

Stayed at the São Miguel Park hotel for a week with my husband and 21 months old son. We were given a triple room which was very spacious. Breakfast was really good and had a wide selection of cheeses, local bread and fresh fruit. Staff were very friendly and very attentive to my son's needs (he's got multiple allergies). Wonderful holiday with lots of hikes around lakes and along beautiful trails to waterfalls. We loved the hotel. Our suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and great bath. We had enough space to do yoga each morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful providing information about hikes and tourism. Marcia was an absolute gem and looked after us so well. Beautiful island and a relaxing weeks holiday.

We booked a sea view room and the hotel overlooked this. When I pointed this our they have us a suite!!!! Totally wonderful response to a Small error in their part
