"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got taken. The texting system does not seem to be the best option, but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Extremely helpful staff with late checkin- we arrived after 11 but were able to reach Sarah who came down asap and checked us in. Breakfast which was included met with expectations."
