The Residency Towers Puducherry
5 star amenities but what defines a hotel is the staff. They were exemplary to say the least. Helpful, courteous and always with a smile. Even the doorman Mani and the restaurant team leader Sharat. The reception staff were impeccable with Gayatri, Mathi and team. Kudos guys.👏

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the Spa. It was absolutely the worst spa and massage I've ever had and there was some suspicious behaviour in there which I avoided. However, I know that the spa is run separately.
