I think the reason why most people stay at an airport hotel is because of an early flight, so why not serve from 6:00-10:00am? Otherwise, it would appear that the hotel might still be under construction."

La gente del buffet, la que prepara los huevos, quesadilla y sirve los frijoles y chilaquiles muy bien, pero los meseros no son malos, son lo que le sigue, malos para atender, pero lo peor es que te quieren cobrar a medio desayuno, muy incomodo, lo hacen sentir a uno como si fuera un delincuente, a medio comer que si les podía pagar el buffet, estaba quedando en el hotel, no me iba a fugar, pero parecía que estaba huyendo, muy mal realmente mal."
