Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH times). I know…why? Why the heck did I stay? We were dog tired, it was 10pm on the first night of our two day drive, and we just decided to crash and deal with it since the last hotel was full."
