An Ok Hotel
The hotel is ok generally but the bathroom is too basic with nowhere to put towels in the shower or hang the towel if you use it in the evening and want to reuse in the morning . We had an overnight stay

Beautiful building, poor service from staff 20/04
I was not treated like a guest, but a potential thief. The staff which were on duty on the 19 April were professional and excellent The staff on the 20 April didn’t understand customer care and made me feel unwelcomed and also denied me my right to talk to the manager on duty ( receptionist and security personnel)

A breathtaking stay
Liked the confort of the king size bed and soft sheets. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff. A very pleasant and breathtaking weekend for me.

Perfect for business and leisure.
It was a beautiful experience. The swimming pool area is on point. The food was nicely presented and the beverages on offer were excellent.

Herunter gekommenes Hotel für insektenliebhaber (ameisenstrassen durch das Zimmer, Ameisen im Bett und Kakerlaken im Hotel.) Frühstück okay, aber alles kaputt: Tassen, Teller, Kaffeemaschinen,... Service in Zeitlupe. Restaurant mit gutem bis sogar sehr gutem Essen, jedoch erinnert die lieblose Einrichtung an bahnhofskantine und der Service wie gesagt in Zeitlupe.

Hotel für die ganze Familie
Es gibt nicht nur den Casinobereich für Erwachsene, auch für Kinder gibt es viel Unterhaltung. Das gesamte Hotel lädt zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichlich.
