"Clean comfortable room. Decor a bit in need of refurb but didn’t distract from comfort. Bath very narrow and did nearly slip so highly recommend the rubber bath mat from reception. Hotel smelled a little of food, alcohol and cigarette smoke but our room itself was ok. "

"Nice, clean and decently sized rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We like to stay here when we come up to Leeds for a concert, it's half the price of a city centre hotel and only 15 minutes in a taxi."

"Hotel very clean, staff friendly. Check in slow as only one staff member on duty. Tiny pool, more of a plunge pool, busy. Excellent location, out of the city centre hustle. Great bus service into city. Lovely cafe across the road. Easy access for race course. Pricey but would stay again if cost was reasonable. Beer and larger cloudy in bar!"
