"We stayed in the court yard room it was beautiful,old meets new. Comfy large beds, clean rooms. Fantastic wet room shower.....the bar staff where great helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were also brillaint went above and beyond helping by holding on to our shopping while we nipped to the bathroom. Lovely people. Would recommend loved it. Will stay again"

"We had a great stay overall. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a twin room to a family room, which gave us plenty of extra space and was much appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small criticism is that the room could have been a little cleaner, as there were a few cobwebs around the windows. It wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our stay, but it's something that could easily be improved. Overall, we had a positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"Great base for our stay in York. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities. It was useful having a fridge & dishwasher in the room. Also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate & breakfast croissant. Friendly staff on reception desk. We did find cheaper parking elsewhere. It was a bit annoying being unable to access Netflix on the in room tv as the only option for apps seemed to be to stream."
