"Gros potentiel, mais ils ne semblaient pas prêt pour le début de saison. La piscine n'était pas encore ouverte par exemple, mais on ne nous l'avait pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Des matériaux étaient visible un peu partout sur le domaine, les chiens aux pattes boueuses marchaient partout sur notre terrasse et sur nos chaises extérieures, etc. Toutefois, nous avons eu une belle expérience et le personnel a été plus que gentil en tout temps. J'y retournerais, mais je m'assurerais que...

"This was such a wonderful stay! The staff are just incredible and helpful with recommendations and making reservations! We celebrated our 10 year old birthday here and they even made a special Nutella cake with candles! Don’t be worried about the highway. You cannot hear anything inside the rooms! "We stayed here for 1 night only. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We checked in late and she even made me a coffee! Beautifully decorated rooms. Everything looks brand new. The air con was a bit of a let down, but everything was great. The pool and the views were also another highlight. And only a 15 min drive to Ostuni. Loved it!"

"The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They have different amenities but you do have to pay for everything. The AC didn't work during my entire stay and we had to sleep with the outside shade door open. The beds were also hard. My daughter had a small bed and as soon as she sat down it seems that it broke. The hotel itself looked nice and the view is amazing. It's in a very country place but only a few minutes from most turist destinations."

"Overall it was a pretty good hotel. We were very disappointed with our welcome where we were not offered a cold drink (it was very hot and we had driven from Matera!) At a 5 star hotel, we are used to be be invited to sit in the lounge to go through all the your hotel amenities and location of the swimming pool, dining room etc. This did not happen. We did all this standing at reception. I did speak to a lady about this but received no come back! All other staff were excellent. Fabio by the pool was exceptional. Breakfast was a bit chaotic some mornings. Not sure of the reason! Waiting 20mins for a coffee to be made was frustrating. Overall it was a good stay but felt the 5 star rating was tarnished by a lack of touch here and there."
