Worst stay ever! Rooms are very old,not equipped at all, smelly, dirty, toilet was not flushing, not hot water and heater was not working. Staff is ver rude when we approached them about these issues and we left. Avoid this place!

Ce n’est pas du tout un hĂŽtel mais plutĂŽt un gĂźte, un lieu pour Ă©vĂ©nement type mariage etc.. Ă©tablissement clairement tournĂ© vers cette activitĂ© qui semble avoir abandonnĂ© les clients de « l’hĂŽtel », accueil sans sourire et impression de dĂ©ranger les jours suivants (dĂ©visagĂ© lorsque l’on passe, vraiment trĂšs choquant d’ĂȘtre reçus ainsi), Ă©quipements dĂ©fectueux dans la chambre (coffre ne fonctionne pas, le frigo non plus, lunettes des toilettes cassĂ©e, chasse d’eau dĂ©fectueuse qui a gouttĂ© sans cesse, pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, une seule lampe de chevet pour 4, deux tables de chevet pour 4), aucune dosette de cafĂ©, et un sachet de thĂ© datĂ©. Aucun service, ni aucune salle Ă  la disposition des clients, mĂ©nage non fait l’avant dernier jour, nous avons manquĂ© deux jours de papier toilette, nous sommes donc allĂ©s en acheter. Petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs dĂ©cevant (rien de frais, trĂšs industriel premier prix, il faut rĂ©clamer du beurre, pas de fruit, rien de local, rien de fait maison) 4 sortes de gĂąteaux secs prĂ©sentĂ©s trĂšs bas de gamme, deux jus d’orange au couleur fluo improbable. Rien de donne envie. Pas de lait pour les enfants. Plus de Nutella le dernier jour pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas compris cet accueil si froid, ce manque d’implication, cette absence totale du service client. Les extĂ©rieurs sont eux magnifiques, mais c’est le seul point fort (sauf la piscine qui Ă©tait verte). Nous gardons un souvenir amer de nos vacances, c’est un trĂšs mauvais souvenir.

VĂ€lkomnades med en suck i receptionen. Fyra nĂ€tter utan stĂ€dning eller byte av lakan och handdukar trots utlovat. Luftkonditioneringen var ur funktion i en och en halv dag. Åt det ryckte man bara pĂ„ axlarna trots 35 grader ute. Hela stĂ€llet bokat av stora sĂ€llskap tvĂ„ dagar pĂ„ raken vilket innebar att poolen och restaurangen stĂ€ngdes för hotellets övriga gĂ€ster. Mycket lyhörda rum. DĂ„nande musik utanför varje kvĂ€ll. Frukosten katastrof. Det enda positiva var att hotellet lĂ„g vackert.

Wenn man die Adresse aus Google in sein Navi eingeben, wird man ins Nirgendwo gefĂŒhrt. Unbedingt mit der Google Map fahren, dann kommt man auch direkt an. Die Ă€ußerlich wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich insgesamt noch im Aufbau. Die UnterkĂŒnfte sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen hier und da noch die praktischen Dinge fĂŒr einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. In der Hochsommerhitze ist es mit der oberen Etage der Zimmer (da direkt unterm Dach) nicht zu empfehlen, da die Klimaanlage aus dem unteren Geschoss nicht nach oben hin ausreicht. Wir haben die Schlafmöglichkeiten oben nicht genutzt und haben uns im Erdgeschoss zusammen getan. Das fĂŒhrte dazu, dass wir tĂ€glich unsere SchlafplĂ€tze wieder weg gerĂŒckt haben, um entsprechende GerĂ€umigkeiten tagsĂŒber wieder herzustellen. FĂŒr Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist dies bedingt zu empfehlen, da auch das GelĂ€nder an der Treppe eine recht wackelige Konstruktion ist. Es fehlen im Badezimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten als auch entsprechende Garderoben. Einen großen Pluspunkt bekommt die Masseria fĂŒr das schöne Gesamtbild der Anlage. Vor allem der große Pool, bei dem man wirklich seine PrivatsphĂ€re und auch mal Ruhezone zu spĂŒren bekommt, hat uns sehr gut (vor allem als Familie) gefallen. Es kommt ab dem Mittag ab und an jemand vorbei, um kleinere Snacks Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir mit gutem Gewissen diese Masseria, wenn man sich auf die oben genannten Gegebenheiten vor Ort einstellt.

Dejlig vingÄrd med stille omgivelser. Den store pool er super fin og personalet flinke og rare. VÊrelserne er lidt mÞrke/ hule agtig og med hems som er mega varm selvom man har aircondition pÄ fuld skrue. Wifi vinkede slet ikke, selvom vi gjorde dem opmÊrksom pÄ det tit. Det gjorde vores 4 dags ophold irriterende, da vores to bÞrn og os selv bruger det hele tiden. Sengene var hÄrde. Alt i alt et godt ophold, men vi finder noget andet nÊste gang vi er forbi.
