Great facilities, comfortable bed and easy check in. Christos was very helpful with giving restaurant recommendations and showing us where to get the train as well as the airport shuttle bus. "I booked at Residenza d'Epoca Pietra di Ponente and I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The service they provided me during my stay was above 5 stars. The friendly service makes you feel at home, like family. Irene? Daniela, Leonardo and a new girl (sorry, I forgot her name) at the front desk were superb and all have excellent interpersonal and customer management skills. Melania and Luciana in the kitchen were also excellent in taking care of me every morning... I always had my Americano...

"The smart hotel was an excellent base to explore Rome. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the town on Ciampino which takes 5 mins and costs 1euro20. The train station is a 2 min walk from the hotel and frequent trains get you to Rome central in 15 mins for 1euro50. The town of Ciampino is a good base with a nice restaurant called Rosmarino and a great cafe that does decent breakfasts called Norcineria at good prices. The smart hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was cleaned...

"The location of the Hotel Vitti is a ten minute walk from the Metro that takes you directly into the city The hotel's baked goods are excellent. The staff was very helpful and tolerated my attempts to speak Italian."
