"Had a room with a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery or cooking utensils. There were ants all over the floor. We had to steal towels from the cleaners cart for the pool. But other than that it was ok."

"The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a problem with the door hardware and even though the staff were very diligent and did their best, the problem was not completely resolved. All things considered, I enjoyed my stay and would say it was great value. It will be my goto in the future."

"Breakfast was good. The pool and water slide was awesome for the kids. Ants in the bathroom floor. Was told by the front desk this is a common problem in Medicine Hat this time of year at a lot of hotels. Not sure if it is or just this hotel?"
