Excellent professional service. When we checked in Tara (or is it Tana?) was working. She was polite, courteous, quick. She dropped off tissue paper to our room and was there at the front desk when we checked out. Pool and hot tub were great!

The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. We were totally confused by the shower in the bathtub as it didn't seem to have a diverter on the tap to activate it. Very disappointed that the pool, waterslide and hot tub were closed for maintenance and there was no mention of that when we booked the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the stay. The restaurant microwaved parts of the food, the hallways were all marked up, there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor, and the AC is always cranked and heat turned off for summer months, regardless of how chilly it is

The Breakfast, the staff Wonderful! We got a really nice room, but the carpet was dirty, and we found candy under the bed. The beds were clean, pool area was nice. Overall I'd stay here again, I think the vacuuming was just overlooked.

Easy check in and kids loved the pool. Staff were helpful at check in and explained breakfast. The kids played for hours with other families. The lobby and down the halls from the pool smell strongly of chlorine and you hear every whisper and key jingle from your room.

All was good at the hotel, but some maintenance is needed. The painting had been started but not completed. House keeping of common areas like hallways needs to be stepped up. Lounge and restaurant were nice but new carpets would enhance the patron experience.

Staff very friendly. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Much nicer breakfast than average. Nice water station in the lobby. Pool was great fun. Exterior needs paint on the curbs and building. Lightbulb burned out in lamp. Air conditioner very noisy when it stops. Generally had a good stay, though.
