"Horrible smell once we arrived, 2 hour delay check-in, no one is ever available for assistance, pool is dirty, food is terrible may make you sick, broken kitchen sink, towel smelled mildew, no Iron, no utensil in the kitchen, no WiFi, no body shower gel only shampoo n conditioner, one wash cloth ..."
