"Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me."

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "

"The hotel is clean, has lost anything I would need accessible: insight restaurant for lunch and dinner with terrific breakfast included, other restaurants nearby including an excellent Italian place owned by a sweet Italian couple. "Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost."
