"Shower floor needed a good scrubbing, otherwise the room appeared clean and neat. The breakfast was a disappointment…warming trays were empty…not sure what should have been there…eggs? Meat? Already peeled hard cooked eggs were good. Juice pitchers were empty. Mixed fruit would have been nice. Shuttle staff were great as were front desk persons."

"We checked in at 3pm no power 😕 still no power at 6pm. I had 2 two-year-old granddaughter's with me.So we no longer could stay any longer because it was pitch dark. Towels were not clean. Bed sheets were not clean. Garbage was not emptied."

"Expedia advertised that this property had a continental breakfast, gym, and hot tub. Wingate does not have a gym or hot tub, and the breakfast was pastries and frozen eggs they were kind enough to leave a microwave out to warm up. Neither Wingate nor Expedia would refund or let me change my booking when this became evident. Room was super musty, it was cramped and needed dusting. The lighting was super dingy, my wife had to use her phone flashlight while she was doing her makeup. Bathroom was TINY and the door didn't open all the way."

"We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions because it is close to our relatives whenever we visit. This is a non-exceptional hotel but it is clean and safe. The rooms are normally pretty good, except this last time we were placed in a room on the first floor that had an extremely small bathroom. So small that you had to almost step into the tub in order to shut the door to the bathroom. (In essence, the bathroom was the length of the tub/shower combination and just wide enough for one to sit on the toilet- no wider) Furthermore, for the first time ever with renting a room through Hotels.com, the price I was charged at the hotel DID NOT MATCH the price according to Hotels.com. When I asked about the discrepancy the clerk at the hotel mumbled something about an additional facility charge. However, this additional facility charge WAS disclosed on my Hotels.com bill and thus I should not have incurred any additional fees. The hotel said that they would credit this difference to my credit card on file. However, after waiting several weeks I have not received this credit. As a matter of principle, I hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Huge rooms that would be great for a family. The big lobby was a great place to hang out after we saw a show. Rooms were clean but not *sparkling* clean. The glasses in the bathroom looked kinda cloudy, for instance. Also it’s $6 for a black coffee in the morning, and you might have to wait a long time to get it from the bar, although it is excellent. Overall, it’s a fine stay, but not a 5 star experience."

"I partially picked this place BECAUSE it had a restaurant open till posted hours, location and price as well. I arrived late but within the posted hours - restaurant closed. No grab and go options. Nothing nearby to get food or drinks EXCEPT the OTHER nearby hotel The Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice lobby with food and drink (and grab and go as well) and friendly staff - it feels way nicer there - I would have spent the extra $ for the Hilton if I knew. The Radisson is outdated and just "meh" after a long trip it felt diminishing. I seemed safe tho and I survived it. Thanks for the safe Haven."

"Mandrell was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was not so good. Food was cold and limited selection. Room was nice and clean. Dinner was good as well. Overall, great experience "
