"Liked the living area which had seating & views of the Canyon. Location was nice. There is no front desk, had vending machines & ice & nice living area.
Our room was not very clean. Bathroom was not clean & had dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. At that point, cleanliness of the entire room was questionable. TV was snowy & presented with static. Called number given at check in to report issues but no one at front desk answered on a couple of different occasions- let phone ring 10-15 minutes each time. Told manager where you checked in & out which is next door in a different hotel at checkout. He was apologetic & said he’d notify Expedia & work out a partial refund. Hopefully the manager & Expedia will compensate. I have to follow up with this as I have not heard from either party. We only stayed one night so we were trying to enjoy the views as much as possible."
