"Good stay. Clean, comfortable. Good location, near Kazmierz (one tram stop away, short walk from hotel to tram). Decent breakfast buffet (extra charge). Only real concern was the bathtub/shower was challenging to enter and exit, even more so for someone with any mobility issues. Not sure if they have accessible rooms, but would ask for one next time."
"Great front desk staff!
Friendly and very courteous, eager to assist with any query.
Breakfast Buffet was plentiful and ordering a late Carte was included.
Also great location."
"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!
P.S thank you for the lovely fruit platter we received in our room for our anniversary!"
"We had a fantastic trip to Krakow and the accommodation at Betmanowska was excellent!
The organised transfer was perfect, really pleasant and knowledgable driver who told us about good places to go, see, eat etc
The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space with the usual safe etc…soft drinks minibar was complimentary which was a really nice touch!was bed was soft but we they do offer a service to make it harder, but we chose not to utilise this. Shower was great!
A bottle prosecco was waiting for us as a welcome gift which was a nice touch as was a bottle of wine later in the stay to thank us for choosing them.
Breakfast was great, continental style buffet was good with hot food made to order…can’t complain!
Location was perfect, right next to the main square, yet the room did not suffer from external noise.
The only downside was the building is old so was quite creaky, you felt the movement from other residents nearby and the building made a lot of noise as you moved about, but this wouldn’t stop us returning, just letting people know!
The lift is very small and didn’t give us a lot of confidence it would make every journey! so if you’re not a fan, be prepared to use the stairs!
Overall a fantastic stay, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again should we come back to Krakow!"
"This hotel is not a 5 star hotel.
The 5 star rating was misleading.
It is a 3 & 1/2 star hotel.
The Radisson Blu is suppose to be an upgraded hotel. We did not feel it was.
We were in a suite. The size of the room was indeed spacious. However, the furniture was dated.
The TV was in an awkward space in the primary bedroom.
Yes, this location was ideal and across the street from a lovely park.
The breakfast buffet was above average.
The staff tried their best to compensate for the hotel’s deficiencies.
Our expectations were not met with this hotel."
