8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Comfortable stay close to centre.
"Great location near to city centre and train station . Beds comfortable and a wonderful shower. Able to leave cases after check out to collect later. Would definitely return. Didn't use bar or restaurant so can't comment but bar looked ok, with view over the river. Supermarket nearby."

"An excellent place to stay. Our room was exceptional - lots of lights and sockets everywhere. Food was really good too; best breakfast we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would definitely recommend."

8.2/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
Great hotel, close to the centre of York.
"Lovely stay at the hotel. Great service. Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Nice and close to all the shops and things to do. Downside - pillows really uncomfortable. We were in room 231 which was on the back and you did get noise from the tanoy but nothing terrible."
