"House and the overall property was very good with excellent views. Had good clean linen and towels. It would have been good if they had left few Kitchen paper rolls and had a dish washer installed. The main problem we faced was that the Jacuzzi never worked for the whole two days that we were at the property. While the host (Alex) was very responsive and tried to get it to work, it never worked, this was a big let down. "

We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. "Worst hotel I've encountered in a very long time. All other accommodations on our 2 week vacation were excellent. We chose this one for final night before flying out. Issues: Third floor no elevator. Room was old and dirty. Looked like a cheap university dorm. Broken and worn throughout. We went for dinner which was worst meal we've perhaps ever had. We left after a few bites. The only redeeming quality was the staff who were very nice. We tipped them of course. Not their fault the facilities are awful. And there was a shuttle early to the airport. That gent was nice and we tipped him also. There is no way we will ever stay in that awful hotel ever again. Terrible experience! "
