"Clean room. Comfortable bed Water available at all times in lobby. Room was very warm on arrival. Left for dinner, and came back to newly installed air conditioner! Coincidence or great service? Bathroom is quite small, but all toiletries and towels stocked for you. There is a fridge, but again very small. Sufficient for a couple water bottles. Overall nice place for the price in NYC. "

"Pluses: 1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC."

"Workers were nice but very straight face no smiles Room was outdated to me personally Love that we were on the first floor Lighting was that good to do my makeup But bathroom lighting was better for the makeup Parking was packed but it was a concert that weekend but we found a spot right away even tho it was packed maybe someone got out the moment when we pulled up Love the bar in the first floor Pricey but maybe cause it’s Jersey Plus inflation "

"The hotel needs to be updated. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged. They have no toiletries. You have to request slippers. They charge you a resort fee of $40.00 per night!!! Prices at the restaurant are way to expensive for the quality."
