"Customer service wasn’t too friendly this time around"

"Very impressed with everything. The room was very clean and large for the price we paid beings it was a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good also. We will be staying again next time we are in the area. "

"The room definitely needs some upgrades. The bathroom walls need replaced. The beds were comfortable and main part of the room decent, but the bathroom needs work. "

"Pool and hot tub were drained and out of order, elevators were not functional. "

"Room was relatively clean. Cobwebs in corner of room. In the bathroom rust spots by legs of sink. Plug ins are very old and loose for chargers. Heater/ac was dirty and smelled. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice enough. Had to ask for people help from people from back office and most of the time the just sat in back and answered questions instead of coming up to me. Breakfast was not very good so didn’t eat it again. The hotel is a little dated and looks like it could use a good remodel. "

"Was a very clean room. Tons of pillows on the bed in which I loved. Somehow got a top floor room with a great view of the river. "

"They didn’t have key cards. Our room had to be opened manually and we couldn’t leave the room at the same time. The shower was freezing cold. "
