The rooms were not bad. The staff that helped me check in was great, very helpful. But when I was checking out was a deferent story. Not once did he look up and acknowledge me. But assured there for other people. I told him I’m checking out, and he said you need anything from me rudely. I think he should acknowledge everybody the same. And that’s why I gave it a bad star rating. All it takes is one person to mess things up.
