"From the moment I entered the parking lot and then the lobby, I knew it was not a good choice of hotels and I had wished I stayed across the street at another hotel. This hotel was so run down and dirty I was cautious about going anywhere after dark. I stayed in the room and checked out the next morning as early as I could. I’m sorry to give such a bad review but for the price I was very disappointed. The sheets were clean. Decided best not to use the shower and waited until I got home:( I was also informed at the front desk on checking in that I would be charged 100 dollars for “incidentals” did not accept that at all!! Especially since there certainly was NOTHING that I would have charged to the room from this place!"

"Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. When checking out I asked how to get a refund for the remaining unused nights and the hotel said to get with Expedia. We did, and were denied our refund because the hotel denied it with no supporting rationale. Expedia put the customer between themselves and the hotel which guarantees the the customer will lose their rightful refund. I will no longer use Expedia or any Choice Hotel in future travel."

"The room was nice and big . The only complaint I got is the microwave the door was broken and water was coming through the windowsill when it rained. And I was told, maintenance was coming multiple times to fix everything.But nobody showed up."

"Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans"

"We were in our room not even 5 minutes before we decided we wouldn’t be staying there. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of air freshener, like it was trying to hide the scent of something else. As soon as we got to the door of our room, you could smell marijuana. Inside the room was even worse and the smell was definitely marijuana. The recliner in the room was dirty with food on the arm rest. The sink had hair on it. One of the outlets in the bathroom appears to have caught fire, as it was black and charred. I requested a refund, as we were only there five minutes, but was denied. I had two small children with me. There was no way we were going to stay there, even in a different room. Last time I stayed was several years ago and it has really gone downhill."
