"The front desk people were fantastic! The room was an accessible room. Handheld shower head was quite high and heavy. It was a tub-/not walk in shower (just be aware). There was no microwave in the room. I don’t consider a microwave an exceptional amenity anymore. Don’t remember staying anywhere without one for years. Biggest inconvenience was poorly placed outlets. Could not plug in my phone charger or c-pap machine at my bedside. We came to visit Cahokia Mounds and the National Shrine of the Lady of the Snows. Very convenient to those locations. Great selection of good food options. Nice pool. Decent Breakfast."

"The man at the desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was scanty. The desk man described it as a continental b-fast and that's about it: Small selection, green bananas. "

"When we arrived the lobby and desk was empty. I unloaded my luggage and waited for someone. 15 minutes later a lady showed up up from the parking lot and apologized saying there was a big sale at Kohls she couldn’t miss. Next morning there was no coffee, only 8 pieces of sausage left and a little scrambled eggs. Been traveling for forty years with my job and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Your company is going down the tubes!"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They not only charged for early checkin but the room smelled like wet dog and wasn't really clean. Couldn't get any extra pillows for my bad back and they were very rude when we asked for anything."

"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. This also was quite surprising and disappointing with requiring a walker to ambulate. This made getting into the bathroom a bit of a struggle. There was a hook-type device on the interior side of the bathroom door. With the door swinging closed as you enter, that device struck my right shoulder and/or my shoulder ran into it while the door was closing and left a bruise. :( I’m only 56 and I don’t bruise easily."

"Had the worst stay ever!!!! They had traps in the room, one behind the toilet and one behind the sink area, oh my gosh it was big azz freaking spiders in them among other stuff, I literally didn’t sleep inside I went outside and slept in my car and the highway was right by it so I got up and left. The room was so old and it was mold everywhere and stains everywhere. The bed had holes all over the blanket and sheets with pillows that were literally brown. Along with stains of whoever knows on it but I got an idea. I don’t recommend that nobody’s stays here!!!! Seriously it’s that bad!!!! I would never in my life stay here again or recommend anybody stay here, period!!!! I seriously would like my money back….!!!!"

"I had a dog with me (my service dog )I was only there over night and dog slept in my vehicle. Upon check out the manager male tried to tell me I had to pay for an overnight animal because he saw him the dog in my truck when I pulled to front to check out. He was very unprofessional And I would not stay at this hotel again. I was only there to sleep as I had a business meeting the next day. It was a very unpleasant situation and I expect when you pay for a service that they treat you with reapect"
