"We arrived late from Machu Picchu and the guy was there to welcome us, he was very thorough in showing us the room and all it offered, we booked the deluxe room, but be aware this is right beside reception and the breakfast area, so can be a little noisy, the staff were nice and quiet, it’s just whether your fellow travellers are as considerate. Overall we would recommend this place to stay, it was nice and clean, and had everything we needed after a long day."

"Stayed in 3 different Cusco hotels and this was by far the worst. My issues- the bed was very uncomfortable, was like sleeping on a rock. There is no way to close the window in the bathroom- this caused noise issues being placed on the first floor next to the hall way. Lastly the breakfast was terrible compared to the other hotels I stayed in Cusco. I was only planning to stay at 2 hotels in Cusco, but checkout early due to not being being able to sleep. Hope this helps other travelers…"

"A lovely space within easy walking distance of plaza, market, dining, and nightlife. Comfortable, clean room with a very welcome heater in the bathroom and filtered water available in room. A wonderful addition was a sweet rescued baby alpaca on the inner patio in very nice , clean living quarters, living her best baby life! "

"I stayed here for one night after hiking the Inca Trail, having switched from another hotel that I didn’t enjoy - I wish I stayed here my entire time in Cusco. The staff were phenomenal - they were very responsive and enabled me to make arrangements for a massage and airport transfer in advance. When I arrived exhausted, they gave me tea and cookies and made check-in seamless. The bathroom was spacious, the shower had excellent pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage was excellent. I would happily stay here again if I get the chance to return to Cusco. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. "
