"Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"Delicious breakfast, very nice staff and always helpful and open for questions, in proximity to little but very delicious restaurants, laundry option available, electrical radiator option for nights when it gets cold, not too touristic in this area but in walking distance to the main plaza, very good price-benefit ratio

"Our stay was amazing! Hot water bottles, evening tea, fire pits & private spa - these small touches elevated our stay! Unfortunately I really struggled with the altitude in Cusco, but the staff were really accommodating, sent breakfast to my room and followed up the following day. "

"Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS
left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL HOOKS SO PEOPLE CAN HANG UP TOWRLS….THERE IS LOTS OF WALL SPACE…because it’s not eco friendly …it really bothered me. Otherwise our stay was excellent ..tamara macIntosh"
"Kantu hotel is a really good choice. It is in a central location in Cusco and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed either side of 2 treks and they stored our bags without question. If I visit Cusco again I would go there "
