"When I first entered the property, the staff at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. I entered the room. It was different from what i seen in the picture and Had a hole in the wall with wires coming out and the Internet did not work the entire time I stayed. I stayed for four nights. The staff came to fix it the day after I checked in so the hole was gone, but the Internet did not work properly in the entire time. The pools were amazing, both of them. The room was clean and did not have any bad smells. The hotel was an essential place for shopping and for eating and three minutes away walking distance to the beach. "

"Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!"

"This property is steps away from the beach, there are 4 pools with ample seating which was fantastic! Steps always from at least a dozen restaurants including Christianson, STK and Tayzan. Great getaway!"

"The wall fixtures (towel hangers) would fall off the walls. The handle to the window fell off. It was clean. For the most part. A place to stay. "

"Vanderbilt hotel, too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Resort fees (!!) for what reason? Room fit and finish wad pointing to a 2-3 star hotel. Noisy area around it. You will not get a quiet relaxing experience, from weird bird calling at night (all night) to leaf blower going on at 6.30 -7 am daily. Room Suite, 1 Bedroom, Ocean View (Biltmore)"
