I was disappointed in the replenishment of drinks and snacks in our room…the last day we had no face clothes replaced and the hotel lotion bottle not replaced. To me these little things that moved my rating down…outside of that it was a really good experience. "

"This place is amazing at its core. Legacy of a beautifully crafted resort and on the edge of a stunning jungle. They could up a little the service at breakfast (I had to ask several times for cream and went some meals with no water poured) and stick to entrees that they excel at, the pastries and crossaints are not their forte. But the staff was nice. They also could do so much more in the way of wellness offerings and that would make this resort such a destination. I also recommend having drinking water more available for guests. "
