"This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. "The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

"This place is a absolute must-visit if you are traveling to Zihuatanejo! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and cleaned twice a day—meaning you always have fresh towels and toiletries without even having to ask. The food was incredible; every single dish I ordered exceeded my expectations. If you love pasta, you have to try the chicken or shrimp Alfredo! A special shoutout to Antonio at the bar, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Honestly, the entire restaurant and bar staff gave 100% to ensure we had a great experience."

"The rooms are nice but if you have a mobility issue be careful there’s a lot of stairs. They do have a shuttle that can take up all the way to top but there’s still a lot of stairs to take to the actual room. "The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, can't complain there. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."
