"Great stay in La fortuna. Close to everything and beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Chato suite and it was awesome. People were all nice and even took us to see a sloth on the grounds. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend and will be back."

"Great place to stay! Great price, walk to beach and pool and a good restaurant and pool bar. Comfortable beds and furniture, would definitely stay there again "

"Great stay nice access to the beach and friendly staff"

"Everything was great about our stay, check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly.. Everything in our room was as expected and it was very close to the surf spot."

"Very well-maintained property. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy. The beach is just across the street. There is a terrace above the pool where you can sit, look at the beach, and listen to the waves."

"Great place next to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are always amazing and very accommodating and friendly. I’ve stayed here before and always come back. Highly recommend this place."

"The venue was closed"

"It was a great place in a great location !"

"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "
