The property’s location was excellent—right on the beach and about a 10-minute drive to Jaco. It had a charming old-world feel, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property is in serious need of renovation, with many things visibly falling apart. Some units lacked hot water, and while the service was polite, it was very slow and eventually got the job done. Overall, the property has a lot of potential to be 4+ Star property, but it needs significant upgrades and more attentive management to truly live up to it.

Excellent condo right on the beach. Best view from the room's balcony in all of Playa Hermosa. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especial thanks to Javier, Cecilia, and Susanna!

My two friends and I shared a ‘family condo’ unit right on the beach, near delicious restaurants like Vista Hermosa (meat, fish, and vegan options). It was beautiful, spacious, sleepy, and quiet. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room were large. The pool was warm and much larger than most hotel pools. Although the unit needed some minor repairs, it was impeccably clean. The only downside in our opinion was that it did not include the breakfast promised on the listing. We loved our stay and agreed that it was our favorite on our long trip.

Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people. Management said more would be sent, but they never arrived. 6. Management was completely unresponsive and repeatedly told us to contact Expedia instead of addressing the issues. The listing is highly misleading and should not be allowed on Expedia. I spent days on the phone, chat, and email with Expedia and was refunded only 1 of the 4 nights. I still paid to stay in what was essentially an unsafe and unsanitary unit. I regret not leaving immediately and disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Muy bonito lugar frente a la playa, piscina agradable pero está un poco descuidado el lugar. Faltan algunos vidrios en las ventanas, el televisor no tenia control remoto, la cocina no tenia coffemaker ni arrocera y a la cocina de gas solo se encendía un fuego de 6 que tenía. La cabina es espaciosa, pero le falta un poco más de mantenimiento.
