We went and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and were so upset to leave!! The hotel is really lovely especially the lobby and bar area. The art and decor really was beautiful and very trendy. The staff were so friendly and really helpful when giving recommendations about where to go and what to do. If you're renting a car and staying here I would definitely recommend taking a trip to Cala pi beach it's beyond stunning!

We were given a free upgrade to the Rui Bravo which was a nice suprise.

Greatly enjoyed my few days at this lovely, well run hotel. It has a colonial vibe and the staff are very professional and friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms are very well presented. Breakfast is outstandingly good- great variety and lovely atmosphere This is a fully justified four star establishment

Hotel has a central location surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Pool on the roof and spa were incredible - only negative is there's no shade on the roof !

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful. Fabulous boutique hotel in Old Town Palma. Beautifully refurbished in a traditional style. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great location too.

Amazing place, staff were so nice. A gem!

Have stayed here before but only in the hotel. This time we chose a villa, and loved it. The villas were large and well kept, they all have gardens with BBQ's, and there is a pool about every 8 villas. You can use all the facilities on the resort including the pools, spa, golf course, restaurants and all the free fitness classes. There is also a small supermarket on site. We will definitely be returning.

I was on crutches following accident and staff could not have been more helpful

I booked a short break at this hotel as previous reviews were good and I was not disappointed. On checking-in I was told that my wife and I had been upgraded and so we had a suite that looked like it had never been used before. It was smart and roomy and we couldn't believe our luck. During our stay we took breakfast twice; it wasn't cheap but it there was loads of choice and the room was beautiful and light. We also ate by the pool one day which was good. Luxurious and very clean with lovely food and helpful staff

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

I have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels over the years. Never have I submitted a hotel review - until now. I think that says it all. A total lack of pretentiousness. Wonderfully warm, genuine and incredibly efficient staff. Impeccable service. Truly beautiful location.
