The best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Great location, fabulous staff (so helpful), gorgeous food, lovely rooms. A lovely base to explore Palma from.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and so willing to help with your every need. The rooms are great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The roof top area is brilliant with fantastic views. This was our 3rd visit and we’d happily come back time and time again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Hotel facilities were good and the kids enjoyed the large pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.

Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow.

This is the nicest and best run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that includes some major hotels. We arrived early and were greeted with a free upgrade of room, and an invitation to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited for our room to be ready (30 mins well spent). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and had lots of good neighborhood information.
The house staff did an immaculate job on our room every day and were very cooperative and accommodating. We had a spectacular view...

We were very fortunate to have one of the few apartments with panoramic sea views = 506 and because there were only 2 of us in a large flat the overall impression was WOW! The spec was immaculate and everything we would require for a self catering scenario. The proximity of Mercadona was a real bonus. The staff were helpful and we had a peaceful time with easy access to all amenities. The fact that it was a German zone was a plus for me as a German teacher. We walked and cycled for hours down...

Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

Hotel was faultless. Comfy beds, clean, nice food quality drinks and service. Excellent location, close to beach, bars, restaurants and bus stops right outside 👌

We went and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and were so upset to leave!! The hotel is really lovely especially the lobby and bar area. The art and decor really was beautiful and very trendy. The staff were so friendly and really helpful when giving recommendations about where to go and what to do. If you're renting a car and staying here I would definitely recommend taking a trip to Cala pi beach it's beyond stunning!

November but we got some superb weather very settled all week and the sea view from our superior suite saw the Med looking like the proverbial mill pond. STAFF. We found them help full. Had much more interaction with the bar staff, we found all waiters and bar staff to be very professional. I believe the key is maturity, all aged perhaps 35+ they know what is needed.
BOARD CHOICES. We booked on a Half Board basis something very rare with ourselves as we like to get out and about as you will have...
