The best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Great location, fabulous staff (so helpful), gorgeous food, lovely rooms. A lovely base to explore Palma from.

Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Hotel facilities were good and the kids enjoyed the large pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.

It was perfect

The room overlooked the sea and was very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast spread was probably the best I have experienced over the past few years. Everything was "topped up" by very efficient and friendly staff. Real orange juice was on tap....beautiful. Special mention to Sara in the Bar and the Chambermaid who kept our room so fresh and clean each day. Taxi or bus was only 50 yards away, and the sea front was a cycle friendly promenade. Overall the hotel was quiet and very relaxing...

Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow.

This is the nicest and best run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that includes some major hotels. We arrived early and were greeted with a free upgrade of room, and an invitation to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited for our room to be ready (30 mins well spent). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and had lots of good neighborhood information. The house staff did an immaculate job on our room every day and were very cooperative and accommodating. We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. We were very fortunate to have one of the few apartments with panoramic sea views = 506 and because there were only 2 of us in a large flat the overall impression was WOW! The spec was immaculate and everything we would require for a self catering scenario. The proximity of Mercadona was a real bonus. Great hotel, comfy, safe & spacious rooms with nice balcony. Free safe and small fridge. Handsoap & hairdryer provided. Lovely terrace at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach. Spacious and nicely decorated foyer. Plenty of choice breakfast although dinner wasn’t the best choice for vegetarians and was just warm. Superb location! Great roof terrace with hot tub. Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

Our 3rd time staying here and as usual we felt like royalty The manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and very welcome. The hotel is amazing and feels more like a villa , the decor is beautiful and the rooms are Super comfortable triple glazed and very peaceful.
